Juggler Lyfe book showing wisdom

Why is it that when we get older, we see life differently? We have a different perspective! That life we have led has highs and lows. We dearly regret some things and yearn for others. But right now, we should just be present. In the moment, enjoying the now. Like a kid! Those days were so long and so exciting.

Firstly, it does appear life goes quicker as we age. Never wish your life away! Get focused on today because that's where everything starts, and everything just is. Do not be a weather forecaster – you can’t predict the future. The past is forgiven, and the future is merely influenced. The further ahead you look the faster you get there, and the present moment is just a blur.

Live in the now! Consciously! When we use three senses – in the now! Remember conscious living is only about 5% of most people’s day. The rest of the day is automatic processes at play!

· When we learn to drive a car – unconscious incompetence. We have no idea!

· Then we know how but the mystery still lingers – conscious incompetence!

· Then we master the role although we need to concentrate – conscious competence!

· Finally, we become unconsciously competent – automatic.

That’s how most people’s lives progress. An abyss of wandering around in the flow. Absent-minded normality!!! We are just there!!!

We have limited time on this earth and too much information. Stop the bombardment. Filter what comes in and what really is important. Because that's what can influence you. Make sure your information is reliable and remember not everything is important. Think about it and act on it or let it go.

Living in the moment is paramount. We all need time out mentally, physically, and emotionally. You are your own security guard. Be present, be conscious, be empathetic and be aware.

Tip: plan time out – beach or park every day – just sit down with a notebook and dream your reality. Never go from work to home. Stop somewhere. Let the day go and just be. You will be much nicer when you get home!
