My Ability To Plan


Daily Planning

What we plan versus what we leave to chance.

So, each day we need to plan to have a good life because with all the stresses and strains in this world it rarely going to happen accidentally. You may live an adequate life, but you need courage and to take time to organise a better life. Leave food to chance and convenience will again dictate you’re eating.

· Against my original thoughts we do need purpose we do need boundaries and rituals.

· Businesses have mission and vision statements but so should families and individuals. They state what we stand for and the rules within what we operate it gives our live parameters that allow us to operate within.

· You need to plan daily time out strategies – How many of us drive past a park or beach and never stop. Plan a time put and just pull over

· Plan what you are going to wear and make sure it reflects who you are (not just because it was ironed!)

· Plan what you are going to think about. Your first thought in the morning will keep coming back all day long.

· Plan what you are going to consume as far as food goes. Make sure it is supportive to the energy needs of the day.

· Plan what you listen to and let it inspire.

· Consumption is not just about food it is about the conversations you are going to partake in,

· Plan the friends you associate with and how they all leave you feeling about your life.

Families and individuals need to put lines in the sand. What do we expect of ourselves our bodies our time our income etc. we need to create our own rules of engagement what time do we go to bed? What income do we budget out? How much time do we spend with friends within our household what are our duties?

Sit down in a relaxed environment and think about the rules that you want to live by. How do you want to be treated and how do you want to treat others sports team just do it involves commitment and schedules but allows everyone to achieve more?
